Our 5th Annual CB Golf Classic is May 7th, 2012 at North Ridge Country Club with a 11:30am registration and a 1:30pm shotgun start. All foursomes are first come first served. Space is limited, so we recommend rapid registration!
Golf Foursomes are $1200. You may pay with a credit card or check after registering your team.
Please complete all known fields below. If your foursome is incomplete, you must fill in Team Name and Captain’s complete information. Once you fill in the Captain’s information you will be prompted to enter information about your teammates if they are known.
